Application:

The 1310nm DFB laser is designed for high speed, high performance data communication and telecommunication applications. Excellent coupling efficiency to single mode fiber over-temperature.  The InGaAs APD with TIA is designed to pair up with 1310nm/1550nm DFB Laser.  Excellent power coupling to single mode fiber enhance better sensitivity.
